Ive just made an interesting discovery or more correctly insight. This "fascinating" insight is that I just dont have the patience for the Internal Martial Arts, yes I do love their technical and tactical aspects, I love the "idea" of them, but my heart is not just in it, wish I had realized this 10 years ago...

Its a bit strange though as the styles you can call "Internal/External" like White Crane, Bak Mei, External Yau Kung Mun, even Wing Chun, and offcourse first & foremost KunTao, these I can train more or less all day.

So time to face facts I think...
